Our journey starts in the lush highlands of Southwestern Ethiopia, where generations of farmers have cultivated coffee the way nature intended — organic, sustainable, and deeply rooted in tradition. We work with established farms like Limme, Bebeka, Gemadro, Duyena, Ayehu, and Beha, each producing beans with their own unique flavour profiles.
